PipeRich runs outbound campaigns for B2B clients in markets ranging from HVACR and construction to insurance and healthcare. Every campaign needs a relevant company list before account-specific messaging can begin.
From late July to late September 2026, PipeRich reports that DiscoLike supplied approximately 2.8 million net-new company domains for 720 campaigns across 56 clients. DiscoLike was the primary account source for those clients.
After PipeRich’s own validation, the qualified-account yield was about 1.8x that of its next-best source, commonly described by the team as roughly 2x.
“Overall, my favorite data source, and we love leveraging it on behalf of our clients.”

The challenge: each client needs a different market
An outbound agency cannot optimize one ICP indefinitely. PipeRich’s clients sell into distinct business models, including specialized small and mid-sized businesses that are difficult to find with broad category filters.
Each account also creates downstream work. PipeRich researches the company, writes a personalized message, submits it through the company’s contact form, and routes interested replies to the client.
A poor-fit record consumes effort even if its domain is valid. PipeRich therefore validates accounts after export and evaluates sources by the share that survives that review.
The workflow: segment, search, count, validate
1. Define a business-model segment
PipeRich uses Claude with DiscoLike’s Discover MCP and API to identify portions of a client’s market that have not been targeted. Each campaign focuses on one business-model segment so the account criteria and message align.
2. Search from representative customers
The client’s best-fit customer domains become lookalike seeds. DiscoLike searches company website content for related business activities, helping surface niche accounts beyond broad industry labels.
The segment description and geographic requirements refine the candidate set.
3. Count before exporting
PipeRich uses DiscoLike’s free count endpoint with the intended search filters to estimate the available segment size before pulling records.
The count describes matching records in the index. Final campaign size still depends on exclusions, deduplication, and qualification.
4. Apply the same validation process
Exported accounts pass through PipeRich’s own review before entering campaigns. That final step makes the source comparison meaningful: the team measures accepted companies after its qualification rules are applied.
“It surfaces niche and small-business verticals the usual databases miss, and many of our clients sell into hard-to-find SMB markets.”
Jeff Rolf von den Baumen, Co-Founder & CEO, PipeRich
The reported results
| Measure | PipeRich’s reported result |
|---|---|
| Period | Late July to late September 2026 |
| Net-new company domains supplied | Approximately 2.8 million |
| Campaigns | Approximately 720 |
| Clients using DiscoLike as primary source | 56 |
| Qualified accounts per exported account | About 1.8x the next-best source |
These results were reported by PipeRich for the two-month period above. The yield measure is qualified accounts per exported account after PipeRich’s validation; campaign response and revenue are separate measures.
What other agencies can apply
Keep campaign segments specific, inspect a sample before scaling, and compare providers after a consistent validation step. Record the share of accounts that are both qualified and absent from the client’s existing list.
Using MCP or API can keep discovery inside the same operating workflow, while an explicit count step helps avoid committing resources to a segment that is too small.
Build an ICP from customer examples or book a demo to test one of your hard-to-find markets.
